Guys I got medical request on 17th Aug and got an appointment of 25th at IOM Lhr. I applied on 24th June from VFS Lahore.

If you have paid the fee, then your uni might have dispatched you reciept in the mail. You can send it to CIC asap. If they havent sent you you can email and ask the uni for it ? Btw when did you apply ? Paper based or online ?

Dont worry and dont loose hope. This is a good thing about applying in Canada that you can re apply even if you got refusal previously. Just get the reasons resolved and apply again in Jan intake. Apply second time increases your chances of aproval.
