My application for citizenship is in process. I just did my test and I am waiting for oath.but days ago I sent my child application to cic Sydney. He is only 6 yes old. My question is: the application Will be returned if parent and child application is not at the same time? I am looking foward...

I did test yesterday and found decision made in ecas today.

Sure! I just got some verbal info from call agent on the phone. I will update my status once I get test invite letter or ecas shows the test invite date.

I am in Calgary. You cannot go to RCMP directly instead of accredited company, pls follow instruction. RCMP will send result to CIC. You do not need to send it.

Just talked to CIC call agent and he confirmed my fingerprint result was received. In addition, I was told that test will be on Dec 6th and test invite letter will be coming in several days. Lucky to meet a very nice call agent!

Thanks berkcalg for your reply! It spent me 52.5$ to proceed with fingerprint and unluckily this will delay my case a couple of days, I worried. Checked ecas, I found in process starting Oct 14th, fingerprint requested on Oct 17th.

Today I received a mail to submit fingerprint Unfortunately within 30 days. Anyone else like me received this letter?

Today my wife had her landing interview and it is pretty easy. Just a few simple questions were asked then the paper worker was gone thru: Time line: App received: Apr 23rd, 2015 AOR: Jan-Feb 2016 Landing interview notice received: Sep 13th, 2016 Landing interview: Sep 20th, 2016 No SA, No AIP...

Today application package was sent. It took me a couple of hrs to change a whole bunch of forms to the revised new version ones last night. Almost evething was to be reprinted. Keep fingers crossed!

landing interview will be in CIC Calgary. Our GCMS notes show "Application need closer review." as well. Maybe a little bit longer time (17month) but it finally comes to last stage. Pls be rest assured. It seems that CIC cut short and speed up the process. No SA, NO AIP and it goes to landing...
