Hello everyone, One of my friends is on a PGWP which is expiring on July 4th 2016, and her company is ready to do the LMIA for her. My question is while her LMIA is in process can she change her status to visitor and stay in Canada? Any opinions/suggestions welcome. Thanks.

Hello I applied for EE and got ITA under CEC, AOR is on NOV 20 and medicals passed on feb 05, now we received a letter from TPH sating that CIC needs a medical assessment to be done by TPH. Does this effect our file in anyway.Will it be delayed until we get this thing done? Thanks for any replies.
