My wife and I got invited to apply to PR on EE, but we were also trying our luck on the OINP. Currently, the OINP application is on assessment if we withdraw are there any chances we get our money back? Can anyone share their experience dealing with OINP withdrawal? Thanks!

So this is my situation. My wife has a study visa and I have the OWP but we want to see if its posible to chance places. Basically me requesting a study visa and she getting an open work permit due to my study visa. thanks and appreciate the help.
