Who has paid ROPRF online? What is the process after you pay it online does it take long for CPC to receive the payment?

Hello everyone =) My husband was requested to pay for the ROPRF, I as the sponsor have to pay it in Canada but then how do i send him the copy of the receipt? can i scan it and email it to him? or does it have to be Original copy? Or will i have to Fed Ex it to him ??? ughhhhh pls help
