Hi, If an inland applicant granted PR, do we have to wait for 3 months before we can avail of the care card? the reason that I am asking that is, my work permit will be Expiring Aug., I am on the PPR stage with my application, but technically I will lapse the 3 month rule. It doesn't make sense...
