Hi everyone August 29 applicant ECAS- DM today I have respresentative thats why I cant see my app on CIC. And since Sunday today only automated machine are the one who gave the answers. And it says BG in progress. What does it mean. ECAS -DM CIC BG in progress.

Hi everyone I call today cic but sadly only automated machine answer my call. And it says MR was successful, and Eligibility is reviewing . What it means Eligibility reviewing ( background check, security check) August 29 applicant and Dec 12 AOR.

Any update on your application - PPR done?
