Good luck. Recheck again all forms before sending to courier. You can still make it to the cap because your NOC is not Hot. Hoping for the best.

As per cic website, for settlement funds: provide proof of unencumbered and readily transferable funds in a convertible currency available for settlement in Canada - current bank certification letter; or - evidence of savings balance; or - fixed or time deposit statments

If your application is complete and passed the minimum for 67 points. You will get an email for PER (Positive Eligibility Review)

You should have a minimum of 6 in IELTS tests results. You need to take IELTS again. Don't lose hope.
