Is the PR Card sent out to the PO Box in Canada? If it can't be sent to a PO Box, how is it sent? Would the principal applicant have to sign for the mail? Or, can a relative receive the mail and forward it to the PA? Thanks.

I'm just tossing this out for anyone: A good way to gain experience (while your spouse is waiting for PR) and network is by doing volunteer work. It's best to volunteer in an area that fits your job interests.

What is the point of applying for citzenship after PR? Is it a requirement? Or, can a person have PR forever?
