Hi There is a cliche that vancouver is expensive. But when i compare rentals in surrey BC vs missisauga ON.... both suburbs of big cities i find surrey cheaper. Also on cost compare sites.... cosr of living on vancouver is actually lower than toronto... especially now april 2019 Is this true ?
