My sin number will expire in 4 days, my pr application result will come on jan 30 2019. My pgwp is already expired. Can i apply for new sin number with expired status?

PGWP expires 2nd week of Jan 2019. I already applied for Permanent Residency and its result will arrive on last week of Jan 2019. I also applied for Open work permit (just to be safe), result haven't arrived yet. Do I have to leave the country or I can stay until the date of PR result?

WES said my 4 year degree was equivalent to 2 years diploma in Canada CES results said my 4 year degree is equivalent to 3 years diploma in Canada. I don't know why its different but this is great news and will increase my score.
