Looks like I'll be going over 12 months for my citizenship application. I have tried everything except going to my MP. I wanted to know from others if it has been helpful to them in any way. Before lawyering up I was thinking of giving it a chance. My MP is conservative, Lisa Raitt.

233 days in IP, no test invite yet. I'm going to be out of the country for 3-4 weeks. Should I let IRCC know through web form anyway the dates I will be unavailable? Just to avoid unnecessary delays/back n forth.
