    Decision Made to In Process again

    This Monday(Dec.21) I checked ECAS, it said Decision Made, but when clicked the link, no anynore added information there. One day later, the status changed again to In Process, magically! It just was a system error or any other problem? Anyone had the same experience? Merry Christmas and...
