July 2020, Inland Spousal PR Applications

Were you out of status when you applied? In those cases, I've read that the OWP usually comes after AIP. But if you were in status or on implied status, then it will still come. The July spreadsheet shows some applicants are yet to receive theirs too.

    New Public Policy - April 14, 2021

Yes you should be because you are currently employed on a valid work permit and you recently graduated from a Canadian university. The policy doesn't specify PGWP

    New Public Policy - April 14, 2021

    New Public Policy - April 14, 2021

Are you an international student/graduate? If yes, I don't think you need to have worked for 1 year, it just states that you have to be currently employed.

    New Public Policy - April 14, 2021

    New Public Policy - April 14, 2021

APRIL 2020 - INLAND Spousal Sponsorship

You have about a year and half to go before expiry, so I wouldn't worry so much about that

    CEC experience through family business

You are fine as long as you are not classified as self-employed but as an employee working in a NOC 0, A or B position and you get paid like a regular employee would with the necessary deductions made.
