    Landing in Niagara

Hi, I completed my landing process at the Rainbow Bridge on October 24th. Before going to Niagara I called CBSA to confirm that I could do it there by foot. They confirmed the restriction: only processing from Tuesday to Thursday from 8am to midnight. I recommend you to cross the bridge at 7am...

Dont want to claim points for sibling, FSW. What to do?

I don't know. Let's see if someone else shares their own experience

Dont want to claim points for sibling, FSW. What to do?

I think you should say yes. Once you get ITA manually calculate your CRS to see if without those 15 points you still meet the cut off score and if you do just send a LOE saying that you are not claiming points for sibling.

Two questions after the landing procedure is done.

    1. Just go to Service Canada with your passport and COPR 2. Maybe you could flight to the US if you have visa and then enter Canada by land with the COPR??. Otherwise, you will need a travel document, I don't remember the exact name but the officer mentioned it when I did my landing at the...

Upfront medical exam ...is it possible ?

At the doctor's office they will ask you for your EE number so I'm not sure if you can get the medicals done before creating your profile

Dont want to claim points for sibling, FSW. What to do?

I think once you say yes they will ask you for supporting documents. When I applied they were not giving extra points for siblings in Canada yet and they still asked me for supporting documents for my brother.

Flagpoling at Rainbow Bridge - When?

In Sarnia you can do it over the weekend if you are driving there, because that bridge is not pedestrian friendly

Flagpoling at Rainbow Bridge - When?

I'm not sure, we actually wanted to go to the US (we have visas) but they didn't let us go through. They gave us the flag poling paper and said that after we completed our permanent residency paper work we could go back and they would let us in.

Flagpoling at Rainbow Bridge - When?

I don't know if they will process you at that time, i've heard they have daily quotas. I recommend 7am. I just did it this Tuesday and I was done at 9:30am. Even over the phone they recommend to go early.

Flagpoling at Rainbow Bridge - When?

They only process flag polings from Tuesday to Thursday from 8am to midnight. The best time is to cross at 7am and on your way back they'll allow you to stand in line at the bridge until 8am when they start processing.

Our successful landing experience at the Rainbow Bridge

Hey guys!! Even after reading other people's unsuccessful experiences landing at the Rainbow Bridge, we decided to give it a try because we don't drive so we can't go farther, right now I can't get on plane and appointments to do it internally take too long. We decided to take the last go bus...
