    @Ajvar, Yes its always recommended to submit additional proofs, so its good if you submit pay stubs, exp /releving letter, form 16 etc. As you said you have arranged a reference letter , have you followed any specific template could you please share the template ?

    Getting the reference letter on company letter head is the best option (recommended), it has to be stamped/signed by your supervisor/manager/hr. However I am also in need of sample reference letter which can be used as template , please share if you have one .
