Quebec Skilled Worker Federal Stage (After CSQ)

I have a lawyer but believe me it's not worth the money. They only check if your papers are correct and that's all. If have a missing paper or any other problem the immigration will contact you anyway. May be the lawyer can buy you little bit time but that's all. They can not do more follow up...

I would choose the PEQ program if I was you. When you sponsor someone he depends on you for 3 years and he is missing some benefits for this period of time. PEQ may be longer but is the better choice.

I called about 5 times, send 4 requests for information and it's the same explanation - background check since August, you have to wait. Everything else is passed. My medical expired on 16 January, they probably gonna send me another one once they figure out the background check.

Quebec Skilled Worker Federal Stage (After CSQ)

I think that if they can process a case within a year they don't have the right to delay other cases for more than 22 months. I think that the problem is at the organization level and not employee. But don't forget that not all employees are the same and since you don't have any right to...

I just submitted a feedback yesterday, sharing my feelings about the situation. I asked exactly the same question: Do you realize how your work effects people's life? I called many times, I send many requests for more information but they simply asked me to wait. Now, I'm just waiting... At...
