    Inland Sponsorship

That is common sense of inland sponsorship. Meaning you HAVE TO LIVE IN A SAME HOUSE with your partner. Separate but still want to get sponsored?!? It sounds fishy to me.

December 2020 inland sponsorship out of status

Yes I am fully aware of that and I have done my best. That’s why my lawyer was asking a lot of evidence to prove my relationship is real, some of them I never have heard of like spousal will, life insurance.... Is there any suggestions to strengthen my case you can suggest? Thanks.

December 2020 inland sponsorship out of status

December 2020 inland sponsorship out of status

I have been out of status for almost 5 years already. And at the time my status just expired I didn’t know lots of info on how to restore or do anything about it, plus I didn’t have any options to gain my status until now I am married that why it took too long.

Thanks for replying. My lawyer made me collect lots of paper to prove that we’re in a real relationship but he said it’s not enough because in my case they will ask for more evidence and maybe an interview. I am kinda worried about it. My question is: Do I have less chance of success if I am out...

Totally agree with you. I am in the same place. Sent my application in July 2018 still application received, not even processing :( I called IRCC and they said it’s processing and no such thing as AIP. Timeline is 31-32 months so just wait till then if I have no news then call.

    H&C application first stage approval

Hi! I wonder why you put your mailing address in India in the first place? Aren’t you supposed to be in Canada to wait for the H&C decision? So same home address and mailing address would make more sense here eh? Or at least a Canadian mailing address would be easier for you to get any news for...
