it really depends on Visa officer decision.. make sure the letter provides all the information that IRCC is looking for (Duties, duration, position, company info etc...) EE information should aligned with your employment letter I put the agency location because they are the one paid me

This is for PGWP? not PR?? CBSA website state that you should apply your PGWP online, not going to port office to do that...,maybe thats why they are not friendly to you
