I have sent mine on May 6th,, no update. Seems all office are working\slow and Etobicoke doesn't even care to open envelopes continue giving COVID excuses for last 4 months. Not sure how printing documents without human interaction can cause spread.

this is not true.. Etobicoke also not processing anything since March.. people are waiting for almost 5 months with no updates

Please let mek now what they say... I called them too and agent had no idea on further direction. He said wait for a week but within in a week our COPR is going to expired.

CIC-Etobicoke-landings@cic.gc.ca Only contact them if your previously scheduled interview got cancelled due to covid-19 measures.

They said the case is with local office and we to wait for further direction from them. Same thing with local office respond as well. They are keep saying they are waiting for further direction on contactless interview.

I am in the same boat. I never received COPR and no phone calls yet for interview.
