i am in same situation with NDVO , medicals completed in march but online status still shoe medial request send. checked with physician, he said medicals were send in march.

I think VFS are open with limited capacity from last week. did they receive any special instructions with the request? when did they receive the biometric request ?

Hello @geol . do you know how immigration process will be impacted. if all the applicant is approved, will they get COPR or not ?

if your sibling is mentally or physically dependent on your parents. They qualify as dependent. i have applied for my sibling in same way and his application is still in process.

I think you can send death certificate and ask them to make your dad as primary applicant. Someone else went through this process and was able to change dependent to primary. it will take some time as CIC working with low capacity. Take care !

i would say you can use something else rather then your dad passport. like your dad school certificate and your grandparents marriage certificate. something which has same name

you can submit your birth or school documents along with any documents your parents have which indicate relationship between your grandmother and your parent -like your father passport or birth certificate

Medicals are forwarded to cic by doctors and pcc and other documents can be mailed and if the request letter say you can also email or submit them via webform

when did you got request from NDVO ?

i am not representative but i have requested GCMS notes. All you need to do is fill out the consent form and get it signed from the applicant and dependent in the application

Hello, i have applied to request extension to reply procedural fairness letter. As per previous email from IRCC , i am suppose to reply by Sept 20th. i haven't go any reply from the office regarding extension . Anyone know what to do in this case?
