Exactly IRCC should have just sent the COPR via email and then have you go to that portal to upload picture and then they can send the card but a new portal that makes zero sense and also another waiting period after people have waited forever already

You do not need to wait the 15 days as outlined on the IRB website, its just there for guided purposes, and also by the time you get the appointment and application in that 15 day may already pass (Just my opinion) Firs find a community centre in your area that offers services to help you...

Yes you need to request for your documents they won't just send them back...

No need to worry at all, for me it said medical passed for over a year and then one day i got an email with COPR lol IRCC is very slow and they do not update anything until an officer gets to your file and look at all the info.. but no worries you will get your COPR soon enough Good Luck and...
