Not related to your reply here but you've gone over 180 days? Did you get a confirmation regarding you updated POF? Are you in IP1 or IP2?

Stuck at ip1 since 1.5 months

IP1 for over 4 months. Have you called CIC and ordered gcms notes? Do you know your eligibility status?

Club member, AOR Sep 12. When did you inquire on your status and learn that eligibility hasn't been started?

Nearby AOR. Are you FSW-O? So moving to IP2 does not indicate a complete eligibility check.

    CSE with revised LOE ??

Hi Krisaut, I am thinking of doing the same thing, providing additional information regarding my work description, e.g a CV, publication, or project history. No request have been made. I wonder how yours went. Did you receive a reply for the CSE? Thanks.

Same for me. Medical exam currently is 'not required'.

LOL. I'd say we who seek emigration are already the kind who have refused to resign to fate, which makes this wait excruciating.

BTW, is there any good articles/links that detail what are generally involved in background checking? I've lived in a few places and have PCC from multiple countries. That's probably gonna extend my wait a while longer. I suppose such check would be carried out by corresponding VO?

Thanks again for the information. BTW, can I ask how did you survive the 11 months? I don't think I can stay sane for that long.

Based on the average mean processing time, it's most likely a 6-month wait. Is that right?

    PCC from another country

If you haven't returned to UK after check the 6-month thing doesn't apply. But there's a 24-4=20 days gap, you should probably be concerned about that. CIC haven't said they don't allow any gap, but it would be best if you can re-apply for one that covers your entire stay.
