Don't worry much, you'll be surprised you'll get it soon. I was on the same boat like you before but last week I got PA by Thursday then landing interview letter day after. Be patient...don't overthink.

oh! I think I’ve notice that too to mine but I didn’t know that, that it was a ghost update. I thought it was system glitch.

I never seen a ghost update on my application.

Yes. You can get full G licence if you have more than 2 years driving license and you pass the computerized exam and one-time hands on driving test - I think...o_O
