looks like they started on June 19th arrivals... took them like 2 weeks to finish June 18th(first entry to tracker was on Nov 5th)? omg....
June 21st here, still nothing. my guess is most people waited until last minute to send in their applications, thus compare to people who sent in...

That theory doesn't hold up. if you look at the tracker, there are bunch of people in late June, who received request for additional documents....
why is AOR so random? according to tracker, some people, as late as June 24th has been contacted for additional docs. While some people earlier...

Looks like they are working on application arrived early June If you sent yours in mid June ~ close to deadline, then yes, it's normal you haven't...
