    Security usually starts after eligibility is conclusively passed. See my previous post on this #2,521 If your eligibility is conclusively passed and security still not started, then it is just a administrative delay and no one has worked on your application.

    BGC = Criminality + Security and info sharing. However, info sharing happens along with criminality early in the processing.

    IRCC did ask you for a new updated PP which is valid for 12 months after you submitted the old passport, so it should not have any issues.

    If you have already provided a screenshot, that should suffice, but you should have included a LoE too. You can send a webform now and explain it again. However, I don't see this as a major issue.
