Reg: Job Offer letter for EE

no it is not valid unless it is backed by LMIA. your job offer is just a regular job offer if that makes sense. in order to claim points for EE, you need your employer to apply for LMIA to prove that no other Canadian can fill in your positions.

They only refuse your application if any change to your profile result in your CRS score decrease and not meet the cut-off. In your case, it will be fine.

Offer of employment - Your document checklist

my best guess is you should go back to the application before the checklist. Go through it again, you might have checked a box where it says you have a job offer. Play around until the required employment offer in the checklist disappear. If you cant still figure it out, a letter of explanation...

Offer of employment - Your document checklist

Meaning you should decline the ITA if your points are below the cutoff without the 50 points from the employment offer. Then you should redo a new profile without it because you don't qualify for that 50 points anyway.

    Post ITA process guide

if you are in Canada, why don't you do upfront medical exam? With regard to letter of reference, you can just ask your manager to sign it and scan it back to you. Questionnaire after ITA is pretty straightforward, just click on the question mark if you don't know what to include in your docs

Please help!! Employer might refuse to validate my experience when CIC call in

okay. as long as you have 1 year by the time you quit, you can always have a letter of explaination that the owner is a **** and he doesnt want to give you a reference letter. CIC will check with CRA for the record instead of the owner.

Please help!! Employer might refuse to validate my experience when CIC call in

is this in Canada? if it is, CIC will just check your CRA record for experience. 1 year of experience is 1 year.

    Urgent: LOE Explanation

I believe there is a section where you have to report what you did since you turned 19 years old. You can just list that study period in there without putting it in LOE. They will do another round of score calculation even after your ITA so make sure you have enough support documents backing up...

    Urgent: LOE Explanation

there wouldnt be any problem at all. you have to report what you do during those period in PR application anyway (if you are above 19 at the time). If it doesnt affect your score, it wont matter.

    Express Entry Profile Ineligible

improve your IELTS, that will help you get in the pool and with your experience I think you will get ITA easily. Your IELTS are really not impressive (to put it politely).
