    Doctors from india

If all your work experience is working as a doctor, then you will not be able to use any other profession as your primary profession. You need at least one year of continuous, full-time experience in another profession to qualify for FSW under that profession.

    H1B and H4 stamping

    1. Is your spouse staying in the US in H4 status? They are not allowed to do that since the principal is no longer living in the US. As for returning to the US, if the H1B spouse is returning in H1B status to live (not just commute/visit), then the H4 spouse can accompany them on H4 Visa...

Anyone seen the news about Priority Date until Jan 2015 becoming current for initial filing

485 (adjustment of status) is different from consular processing. For CP, your employer needs to file an 'amendment' to your I-140 requesting that it be changed to CP (assuming AOS was mentioned in the original I-140). Then if/when the Visa numbers are available the consulate in your area will...

Anyone seen the news about Priority Date until Jan 2015 becoming current for initial filing

I think it is good news. If your employer can agree to downgrading, you get one more backup option. Some people who get EADs will be less likely to consider applying for Canadian PR and then the CRS cutoffs may also drop a little. Does anyone commute on AP (instead of H1B)?

Buy car in Canada or buy car in usa and export, which is better? Pros and cons pls.

Export costs will not be prohibitive since you won't be paying duty. Leases have their own costs too. Some lenders may use your US Credit History as a proxy but it will not be as good as having a long Canadian history. Moreover, credit is not as free flowing in Canada as it is in the US.

Buy car in Canada or buy car in usa and export, which is better? Pros and cons pls.

Since you are moving to Canada after 2 years, how does it matter? If you want a car now, you buy one now. I think cars are cheaper in the US and taxes are lower too in most states. So it's better to buy in the US if you have that option.
