Post Graduate Work Permit Processing Time (PGWP)

Calm down bro, I'm not advising anyone to do anything he has already done it and is asking what the probable results will be. Study permits are not always issued to expire 90 days after completion, and due to various circumstances you can graduate with study permit still valid for years, e.g you...

Post Graduate Work Permit Processing Time (PGWP)

This was the same even before covid, many peoples PGWP processing would extend past the 90 days (rule was 90 days until recently) and past the 180 days after they extended the time, you cant reapply if its past that.

You have 180 days to apply for PGWP from the day you are notified that you have graduated, you should be able to work if you applied within Canada with a valid study permit. Study permit does technicaly "expire" 90 days after completing studies but it seems this rule gets ignored most of the...

    Non sds with duolingo score

Duolingo isnt accepted by immigration, like you said there is no official language requirement under non SDS in most countries but I remember seeing people rejected for low scores under non SDS so maybe you can include it and explain why you cant take an official test in your letter.

Appeal rejection with Lawyer at the Canadian Court

There is really no benefit of appealing the decision that is the issue, its not about being right or wrong, appeals might make sense if you were banned but not a simple rejection. Wining the appeal doesn't give you a permit so its much easier and cheaper to apply again.

on Study permit in Canada and travel to homecountry and reentry, pgwp question

You should apply for extension, you cant study without a permit. If it expires after studies you can apply for pgwp outside Canada without one.

    Study permit + visitor visa?

He didnt need to apply for the second one, the mark is irrelevant. Visa only allows travel to canada, status is granted at the border accordingly.

    PGWP/ Working Permit delay

Dont think there is private insurance available for us that covers normal medical care, only "travel" like insurance is available, this will cover emergencies but not regular visits or medication. At least I'm unable to find any.

Study permit expires before getting letter of graduation

You should be able to get 3 months "bridging" study permit, this doesnt actually exist as a thing but they do grant them as they did mine, you need to explain what it is you want and why in the letter. You can also switch to visitor but if you apply for pgwp with a visitor status then you cant...

    PGWP question

That's unauthorized work as you have said you need to start studies before you can work, unless they have changed some rule, so it COULD affect all immigration applications but as mentioned IRCC doesnt really make much effort to check if you worked illegaly so it is unlikey they would find out...

You can continue working 20h/week until your confirmation of completion, then you can only start working full time again once you applied for PGWP given you meet the allowed to work on implied status conditions.
