Spousal Visa for Indian submitted in April
We applied after getting the AOR. Added her current job offer letter, her approved leave letter, bank statements etc. Yet we got refused. Got refusal on a dual intent TRV for my spouse (after getting AOR ). Applied on March 25th , refusal on April 20. We had attached her current job's leave approval/NOC, job offer letter, bank statements ( 30k CAD maintained over a period of 6 months). Reason of visit was 2 weeks in August to... -
