TRV Application inside Canada Delay, but I have vacation at the end of June

Unfortunately there's really nothing you can do but wait. There is no way to expedite processing. Even if the TRV is not available in time, you could always still go on the trip and then get your visa stamped once it's approved outside of Canada. Of course that depends on how comfortable you are...

Missed PR Card Interview Due to Medical and Family Hardship – Seeking Advice on Reopening Application, Residency Obligation, and Urgent Processing

Your old application is dead in the water and cannot be revived. You'll need to submit a new application and will want to do that asap. IRCC will in certain circumstances allow you to count time spent with a citizen spouse outside of Canada however will also at time applied the "who followed...

When was the medical requested exactly? What were the two documents you sent via web form that were not accepted? Some documents have to be included with the original application and cannot be sent later. It's difficult to help you when you only provide high level answers to questions without...

i need your urgent advice please

This program normally leads into a Bachelor of Nursing. Otherwise there's really no point in taking the pre-nursing course. Did she indicate in her LOE that she planned to then take the BN?

    Shall I decline the ITA?

I don't think it's speculation at all. Residing means living in Canada now. It doesn't mean a future intent to reside. We've seen plenty of people here lose the 15 points since their sibling was not currently living in Canada. The definition of residing is quite straight forward.

Apply SP or Vistor for Undeclared Minor

Talk to a lawyer. I don't understand why you would wait for his 18th birthday. This is nonsense advice.

    Spouse sponsorship

    Ultimately it's your choice.

    Spouse sponsorship

I would reapply. You were correctly refused for failing to declare your previous marriage (and were lucky you didn't end up with a ban). Appeals are most appropriate when the refusal was procedurally unfair / incorrect. You were correctly refused.

I don't think there is any way to know the decision in advance. You will find out in the meeting.

    Refugee cbsa meeting

I don't think there's any way any of us can guess what the outcome will be. Good luck and hope it's positive.

    Shall I decline the ITA?

I think it's more likely that IRCC will end up saying you cannot claim the 15 points, you'll drop below the cut off, and the application will be refused - and it's less likely this will result in a successful path to PR. Your sister has been outside of Canada for well over a year now and is not...

    Shall I decline the ITA?

Generally this isn't sufficient and you can expect IRCC to request additional evidence that she is actually residing in Canada such as employment records, property ownership / rental, etc.

    Shall I decline the ITA?

Your sister isn't living in Canada so you don't qualify for the 15 points. You can certainly try applying regardless, however you'll want to have a firm back up plan in place on alternative paths for PR or ways of increasing your score since there will be a high chance of refusal if IRCC asks...
