Can I claim foreign work experience accumulated while studying in my home country for EE?

You can technically send in a webform updating your personal history but not sure that will change the fact that they weren’t declared in the PGWP. Up to you. You did declare the experience on your first application so just be honest and include an LOE about why you didn’t list them when filing...

H&C Humanitarian Ground with/or Without Failed refugee claim

Of course. The ability to support yourself financially in Canada is one of the considerations in many H&C applications.

H&C Humanitarian Ground with/or Without Failed refugee claim

H&C is not for people from war torn countries or even many unstable countries that is what the asylum system is for.

H&C Humanitarian Ground with/or Without Failed refugee claim

They are. The economic programs heavily favour those already in Canada with Canadian job experience and education. The volume of people versus the number of spots for economic immigration doesn’t match up. There are also certain skills that are needed versus others therefore those are being...

Will the refusal of work permit affect my H&C application?

Seems odd that you either didn’t get a PFL first and/or misrepresentation was mentioned without any consequences.

H&C Humanitarian Ground with/or Without Failed refugee claim

Why there haven’t been reforms already is mind boggling but hopefully they are coming soon since the H&C system is a huge mess. The big issue is H&C were meant for fairly rare and complex cases with a lot of evidence so they are both expensive and time consuming to process.

H&C Humanitarian Ground with/or Without Failed refugee claim

The target numbers were in response to infrastructure issues, economic issues, social issues, etc. Not sure how you could justify increased targets at this moment and doubt there will be significant changes. Sadly previous government made some huge mistakes and some will suffer the consequences...

Can I claim foreign work experience accumulated while studying in my home country for EE?

Should have also listed it in personal history so would explain the inconsistency in your PR application.

Foreign Work Experience Concerns - Student, Non-Continuous, Multiple NOCs/Employers, Part time and Full time, Remote and In Person

This has become a big issue for PR applications and you risk misrepresentation if you now claim points for previously undeclared work. Would seek legal advice before deciding to claim.

Spousal Sponsorship Application cannot be found

Not sure how an IRCC agent didn’t mention during one of the multiple contacts that this is just normal processing and to wait for AOR. All the contact was within 6 weeks of applying. This isn’t rocket science.

    Visitor Visa queries

Yes there are GCMS notes for TRVs. I would only reapply after addressing any issues that are highlighted in the GCMS notes. 3 months is too long of a 1st visit and defeats the job leave approval letter to show strong ties to your home country. Getting a leave of 3 months is highly unusual.

Visitor Visa Refusal - Family Ties

There are likely multiple issues with the application including the desired length of the visa but the fact that your brother is providing funding is likely a big issue. You may need to prove that you are a genuine visitor if visiting for the first time before being able to get a longer visa...

Restoration of Status After Work Permit Withdrawal

The other big issue is that even if you are able to restore your status you can’t apply for a WP so why would you want to remain in Canada? Do you have an active PR application being processed?

H&C Humanitarian Ground with/or Without Failed refugee claim

To be fair it was once easier to get H&C approval so even your advice may no longer be as relevant. We are also seeing many face removal waiting for H&C application to be processed which rarely happened in the past. Immigration in Canada has changed dramatically in 3 years.

    Changing course

Update your LOA via webform. You are not going to get a different result from IRCC based on the change of programs you mentioned.

    Study permit extension

The bigger issue is that IRCC likely suspects that you have been in breach of your study permit which is why they have asked you to submit the documentation.

    current timeline for P1 to P2 ?

Depends on the program but can be days to months.
