    What did you ask them? If they said they haven't even opened your sponsorship application, it mean they haven't sent you AOR? How can I check if my application has been received? I suppose they told you they haven’t started processing your OWP application.

    OWP and restoration of status -

    1. you can't. Because OWP condition is you still have a status in Canada. When you got restore status, then apply OWP.
