    Ankit, i was refused the work permit twice prior to hiring the lawyer. She did an Excellent job and has 0 Refusals under SUV Program so far.

    hey Ankit i got the WP issued last year in October, couldn't travel due to personal reasons. It took about 5 weeks for approval and TWO Refusals lol hang in there, Processing has started now and you should get it soon

    thought so, was just confirming. I think it would be better to get the baby delivered in Home Country to avoid the un-necessary expense. Given that, economy everywhere is just down and it's better to hold onto dollars for long term growth. Thanks for the sensible advice :)
