Did you already got the study permit itself or just the approval letter? the actual permit is issued at the Port of Entry (airport) upon arrival. So if it's just the letter you have I don't think you need to do anything but not show up to study.
They want to be fully convinced that you will leave at the end of your study, so maybe try to connect your proposed study to the market demand back home. Probably say that a quailty Canadian education will ensure a better job back home.
