Congrats!!! Yes - definitely!! Based on the recently observed timelines on this forum, eligibility usually gets completed the same day when they are sending you the PPR or providing you COPR details. So definitely the last 1-2 steps remaining! Good luck.

If you are Jan'23 applicant, even though still under the official processing wait timelines, you should send webform to the visa office inquiring about the delay - and asking them to confirm if they have all the documents they need to process the application....so that they dont come back to you...

The main thing of concern here is Spousal PR Visa - and that has been reduced from 16 months back in June/July, down to 13 months. Regardless, processing time for Spousal PR is NOT SPECIFIC to any country.
