I applied TRv for my kids 30 August but till now nothing the background check is now NA and eligibility in progress since 12 October. I sent a letter of my employer through webform as he needs my work also I sent another webform that kids' application is exceeded the processing time

For myself HCCP and I sent study form for children later through webform but it seemed they didn't receive it although I got successful notification.

I applied TRv as they had asked me in ARD (after PPR separately I mean) although my children are in school age. It's more than 80 days I'm waiting

I don't know HCCP is in tracker but you can search tracker account then make a one with an email address which you provided in your initial application

Wow but as my children are in school age but IRCC asked me to submit temporary residence visa for them and i've done so and i'm waiting for result, i've got worried by hearing that

What is your children's status? As you sent study permit through webform, did they ask anything else?

What did they want?

I sent their application submission to my GCKEY through webform but it seems it is processing indipendently

I made a portal account for them and after submitting documents and paying the fee I received application number

Congratulations, do you have kids? If yes didn't you send study permit or Trv for them with your application or during the processing of your application?

I had read it when I war applying in 2020 in the guide of HCCP. I don't have the link right now

They can not change their employer as soon as they land if they wany to get PR under this program they should at least work 3 months for the employer who sent them job offer and I don't know if employer fired them, it affects their application or not

Next is PPR

Medical has one year expiry as your last medical is expired you need to do it again to be able to enter Canada

For student children, employment is student

So your child needs TRv not study permit

I don't know about spouse but while your application is finalised then you should submit separate study permit or TRv application for your child Didn't IRCC ask you any form or submission for your kid in ADR before you got PPR?
