Nope.. PR card can only be used if the second piece of ID is issued in Canada such as Driving License etc

i included only one document for my childs identification ...i thought PR would be good enough as a second document but was late till i realized. My application was sent back.

I think these dates reflect 2021 . The 2022 dates are slightly changed are the AOR is near to January 2022 for submissions done in first week of November 2022
