First email is PR confirmation portal - you'll reply to the email with requested info detailed in the instruction PDF attached. Second email is your PR portal credentials to login - you'll submit your declaration in Canada, address, and photo for your PR card.

Yes I did on the same date I received eCoPR. I used UCI and Last name to find it.

I actually copied the exact message someone wrote in another thread and sent the email My VO is Calgary, so it might depend on your office. I did not get a reply, I just got the auto message that eCoPR is available to download in the portal.

mine was Calgary. I think Calgary office is pretty quick on their feet. I remember replying to the first portal email, then 10 minutes later they sent me credentials email.

I emailed around 4 PM, got eCoPR around 8 AM the next day. Probably your office is busy, you'll get it don't worry.

Yes, that's an auto-reply. It's normal. You got an invitation from IRCC, so they will respond.
