Dont worry. mine was same case. i sent the docs but got this update. They will update soon. generally it take one month from date of medical/sending docs for status updation

Received PPR just now within a month from my medicals done on August 05, 2015. Thanks to God. BTW they have again asked updated information chart which i submitted a month ago. Do they routinely require this or i must check errors in earlier sent form.
