Well, I am waiting for the next steps. My LPP completed on May 11th. They have been processing it at a fast pace in my opinion (5 months up and I'm waiting for the Oath ceremony scheduling - I'd say that's good).

I don't think so? I had some executable refresher clients running in the background with occasional popups in the main testing window. I didn't have any issues.

Oh dear god ... I had this issue for 4 months. IRCC really couldn't do a lot. A random thing worked for me. I just tried doing it from my iPhone's safari browser and I received my email. Not sure if it was a timing thing or if there was really any value to it. All I can say is keep trying .. :)

I can't agree with you more on this. It was longer than the actual test! But IRCC is fast when they reach out regarding blurry ID. Mine was processed in a day :)

Any idea when the portal gets updated after you take and pass the test ? I passed mine on March 6th.

Possibly raising a request on the web form can help? For the most I was always able to get IRCC in the mornings. Like 8 am ish ET.

Is this a typical step in the process? I'm curious if this is what I have to do after giving the test even though my BG changed to completed. Thanks
