For dependent same email for wife , yes had different mail ID and she just confirmed she received hers as well but we submitted all applications together in separate folders

I received again today or myself and my one child. while i am typing i can see my second child and spouse also being received. All 4 received now

could be wrong as I said most likely shouldn’t happen, but it’s discretion of consulate to initiate police verification. interestingly they do police verifications for 8 year old kids on passport renewal, so you can judge how great the entire process is

I can see on google tracker one applicant with delivered date feb 1 got AoR today

For paper applicants- IRCC is now sending AOR for applications received in week of Jan 30 , so most likely some feb first week paper applicants will be getting AORs this week

This sounds complex situation, I would assume any document which shows prior name and name change which can be used as evidence. But best way will be to check with WES, they can advise you
