you should see an update on portal in few days(2-3) with the date. Email can take time depending on office. Mine came almost 3 weeks before the ceremony but others have reported receiving it 4-5 days before ceremony. IRCC says to contact them if you have not received email 6 business days...

For online, they mentioned people who have Oath scheduled should be only sitting in front of computer. I saw family members popping in/out during the breakout room or waiting area but only applicants were allowed during registration and Oath.

Yes correct and if we google, they will tell you that max 1-2 person are allowed at the location and they sit outside during the ceremony and only allowed inside during the photo with judge(only if it says open to public).

why does it have to be emergency travel? My friend who had trip planned(Disney) showed them the airline ticket and they got it done in 2 days.

how is e-certificate different from paper one? Just curious. if should be same exact copy of paper certificate.

Does not matter how will they get to know. They are trusting you when they ask and you tell them that you are in Canada. They can revoke your citizenship if they see you were involved in fraud later.
