We got an email that just said the status changed on the application. That's it. Then clicked the link to log in and it shows card mailed in GCKEY

Try that, of course. To confirm, you have already submitted the photo and address through the PR portal? I was only able to link the application after I got confirmation this was submitted

I don't know if it officially means passed, but in our case it did. We got an approval letter Feb 3rd, so a couple weeks after. We then got the eCOPR Feb 16th after submitting photo and address through the portal. Still waiting for PR card
