Did anyone get background check completed after they took test? I took test on April 25 and still no background verification.

Hi there! I took test on April 25, 2023 and it turned to “conpleted” on tracker after 3 days but backgrounc check is still in progress. (Aor is Feb 17, 2023) is this normal? Anyone experienced the same thing?
