    I see, at least they are refunding your application fees! maybe the AOR was in error and they realised their error. I would call to clarify once though. In this case, I would apply online again... but before you do, make sure you order CBSA travel history GCMS notes

    Sorry to hear! Usually for procedural fairness, they will first send an email stating an individual is ineligible for citizenship because of physical presence reasons and then they will give you an opportunité to present your case at a citizenship hearing. They can't cancel your application...
