No idea, I haven't received any response from this email either. But I am not too worried as this is the email that is mentioned in the request letter.

I have had sponsor approvals, biometrics and PCC request and also additional documents requrested from me but no AOR.

If you are approaching the deadline and still haven't received your pcc then you can send them an email (the one mentioned in the PCC request letter) and attach proof(s) showing that you have submitted the application for PCC, such as any receipts, tracking information, application reference...

Oh okay, for me, they only asked me to submit the PCC from India. Even though there have been multiple stays in Canada which were more than 6 months.

"Immigration purpose other than Citizenship" is the correct option. Why PCC from Canada is required? Does the request letter mentions PCC is needed for India and Canada?

I was asked to submit PCC and form IMM0149 for my government service. Right now the status shown under addition documents is "We need additional documents", I think it will change to something else once they process my submitted documents.

Thanks for your reply. Sorry for being repetitive but I forgot to mention that PCC is for my permanent residence application, so is it still okay to use it with the wording “Immigration purposes other than citizenship for Canada”??

If it's okay with you, can you please share when did you submit the application? Just to get an idea about a possible timeline for medical requests.

I am not sure but may be you can attach a letter of explanation with proof that were out of town (travel ticket, hotel booking etc) and submit the form.
