So when I first landed in Canada back in 2017 as a student, I had to go through a test within 30 days of landing. So the code in that letter is S 2.06 and the code definition says that I have complied with a medical surveillance before and do not need it again. I recieved a similar letter back in 2017 when I arrived in Canada as a student.

As I said in the post, there was no email. I received it in IRCC portal for express entry applicants, therefore I have no email to send it back to.

Adding my case to this thread. Express Entry Application (Submission 15 August 2022). Received ADR request for a new/updated passport on December 13, 2022. Uploaded the new passport on January 27, 2023. Current status: Replacement Provided.

They are making me wait like heck. On 16 January, the status changed to Passport Printed and it has been like that since. They are taking 4 days for each stage and I am on the clock here.
