This is just so frustrating! Have you tried getting GCMS notes? I tried last December but it's been 5 months and nothing from them. So I requested for another one again last week.

Hi, did you submit your application online through the new portal? If they're asking you to resubmit the documents and make a cover letter, please do so. It's a good sign that you actually heard from them. When did they contact you?

Go for it. But expect a looong wait time. There's now the option to apply online. I don't know if anyone has ever tried it for FSE and if this speeded things up.

Just wow. We are in the 16th month mark ourselves! And received our temporary UCI and app number in January 2021 too. And then nothing more.
