I have a question, I sent photos to IRCC, then they said that my card was "sent to production", now after asking in the WebForm they said they want a new set of photos again. I don't understand it, what does "sent to production" mean? Is it before or after the photos are received?

Dude if it's Manila, you probably have one of the worst commute in the world. Back home, I was spending 4-5 hrs easy on a 50km commute, and it will be extremely densely populated, Metro Manila is roughly the same size as downtown Toronto with a population approximately equal to the whole of Ontario.
